Privacy Policy
Last updated: 1 June 2026
Servelium Technologies (“Servelium”, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect on servelium.com and our products, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Contact form data — name, email, company, and your message, used solely to respond to your inquiry.
- Analytics — we use Plausible, a cookie-less, privacy-friendly analytics tool. No personal identifiers, no cross-site tracking, no advertising profiles.
- Product account data — if you sign up for Pulse or Fit’n’Lean, we store the account details and content you create there, governed by each product’s terms.
What we don’t do
- We do not sell or rent your personal data. Ever.
- We do not run third-party advertising or tracking pixels.
- We do not set cookies on this website beyond your theme preference, which is stored locally in your browser and never sent to us.
Data retention
Contact inquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and for our business records, then deleted. Product data is retained while your account is active and removed within 30 days of account deletion.
Third-party processors
We use a small set of infrastructure providers (cloud hosting, email delivery, analytics) to operate our services. Each processes data only on our instructions and under their own security commitments.
Your rights
You may request a copy, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time by writing to hello@servelium.com. We respond within 7 days.
Changes
We’ll update this page when our practices change and revise the date above. Material changes to product data handling are announced to affected users by email.
