Terms of Service
Last updated: 1 June 2026
These terms govern your use of servelium.com and, unless superseded by a signed agreement, engagements with Servelium Technologies (“Servelium”).
1. Website use
The content on this site is provided for general information. You may not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use its content to misrepresent an affiliation with Servelium. The website’s source code is open source under the MIT license; the Servelium name, lion mark, and product brands remain our property.
2. Service engagements
- Every consulting engagement begins with a written scope — deliverables, timeline, and price — agreed before work starts.
- Listed prices are starting points; final quotes depend on scope. Prices exclude GST unless stated otherwise.
- Unless agreed in writing, work product created for you under a paid engagement is owned by you upon full payment. Our pre-existing tools and libraries remain ours, licensed to you for use in the delivered work.
- Monthly retainers may be cancelled with 30 days’ written notice by either party.
3. Products
Pulse and Fit’n’Lean have their own terms presented at signup. Beta products are provided as-is and may change or be withdrawn; we will provide reasonable notice and a data export path before discontinuing any paid product.
4. Payment
Invoices are payable within 15 days unless otherwise agreed. For fixed-price projects, a customary advance applies as stated in the quote. Late payments may pause ongoing work after written notice.
5. Confidentiality
We treat your business information, credentials, and data as confidential, use them only to deliver the engagement, and are happy to sign mutual NDAs.
6. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Servelium’s aggregate liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement in the preceding three months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with the competent courts of India having exclusive jurisdiction.
